Training can be done on an individual or group basis, usually booked in daylong increments. Rosen Heinz Consulting provides training that is varied and engaging, focusing not only on “knowledge transfer” but on knowledge transformation and skill development.

Coaching usually takes place on an individual- or small group- basis, and is a very cost-effective solution for solving intercultural communication issues with key individuals. In coaching, we focus on your current challenges and barriers on an continual or ongoing basis. Coaching is booked in hourly increments, with each Coaching session a minimum of 1.5 hours.

Consulting focuses on all aspects of intercultural communication that companies and individuals face. We study the structures and processes already in place. We help identify key areas where intercultural communication will cause problems and delays. Then, we make suggestions and develop strategies to help you meet your goals.
